This screen is used to design Automation cases to automatically resolve issues related to customer posts and comments.
Select the "Add new Case" function on the screen -> Proceed to enter the necessary data
Select the View function corresponding to the Case to design it.

If the predefined conditions are met, the
system will automatically perform the specified actions when the Cronjob runs.

For example, if a mention filtered into
the system contains the word "respective," the system should
automatically add a tag to that corresponding mention.
